LaunchFlyer AI Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of LaunchFlyer AI, an iOS app for creating promotional campaign drafts, flyers, captions, and related marketing materials.

Apple Standard EULA

LaunchFlyer AI uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. The Apple standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscriptions

LaunchFlyer AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription titles, durations, prices, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and are displayed by Apple's StoreKit purchase sheet before confirmation.

• Creator Monthly renews monthly.
• Creator Yearly renews yearly.
• Business Monthly renews monthly.
• Agency Monthly renews monthly.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Creative Output

Generated flyers, captions, hashtags, and campaign packs are editable creative drafts. You are responsible for reviewing claims, dates, offers, rights, and legal compliance before publishing or distributing materials.

Acceptable Use

You may not use LaunchFlyer AI to create deceptive, infringing, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, or unlawful promotional material.

Privacy

The LaunchFlyer AI Privacy Policy is available at launchflyer privacy policy.

Service Changes

Features, templates, export formats, and subscription offerings may change as LaunchFlyer AI grows.
