LaunchFlyer AI is an iOS app that helps users draft promotional campaign packs, flyers, captions, and related marketing materials. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

Data Stored On Your Device

LaunchFlyer AI stores campaign drafts, brand kits, voice transcripts, generated campaign content, exports, preferences, and subscription state locally on your device using Apple's app storage technologies. The developer does not collect this information from the app.

This data is created when you type campaign details, use voice input, generate campaign drafts, customize brand settings, export assets, or manage subscription features in the app. It is used only to provide the app's campaign creation, editing, export, and subscription features.

Voice Input

The app asks for microphone and speech recognition permission only when you choose to use voice input. Transcripts can be reviewed and edited in the app. Speech recognition may be processed by Apple according to Apple's privacy practices for iOS speech services.

AI Generation

The current App Store build uses local template-based generation inside the app for campaign drafts. LaunchFlyer AI does not send campaign prompts, voice transcripts, campaign drafts, generated content, brand kit details, or export content to the developer, an AI vendor, or any third-party AI service.

The app does not include a configured third-party AI service in this build. No personal data is transmitted to a third-party AI provider for generation, training, analytics, or model improvement.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Tracking, Ads, And Analytics

LaunchFlyer AI does not use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated analytics in the current app build.

Data Sharing

The developer does not sell user data and does not share app-created content with third parties from the current app build. Apple processes subscriptions through StoreKit, and Apple speech recognition may process speech input only when you choose to use voice input and grant permission.

Children's Privacy

LaunchFlyer AI is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the developer so the issue can be reviewed.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated when app features or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
