Overview

LeadPilot IQ is an iOS app for lead qualification, quoting, proposal drafting, follow-up planning, and sales pipeline organization for service businesses. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information You Enter

The app may store lead and business information that you choose to enter, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service requests, budget ranges, locations, urgency, notes, proposal content, follow-up messages, lead photos, voice notes, and related sales workflow details.

Local Storage

LeadPilot IQ is designed to be offline friendly. Lead, proposal, follow-up, and analytics data is stored locally on your device using Apple's local persistence technologies unless you choose to share, export, or transmit that information.

Photos, Camera, Microphone, and Speech Recognition

The app may request access to your photo library, camera, microphone, and speech recognition features so you can attach photos, capture project context, record voice notes, and convert speech into lead notes. These permissions are only used for app features you initiate.

AI Features

LeadPilot IQ includes mock AI mode by default. If remote AI features are enabled in a future configuration, lead details, service requests, notes, and selected images may be sent to a secure backend endpoint to generate lead qualification summaries, quote drafts, follow-up suggestions, and sales insights. API keys should not be stored inside the iOS app.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid plans are handled through Apple's StoreKit and App Store purchase systems. Apple processes subscription payments and related billing information according to Apple's own privacy practices.

PDF Export and Sharing

When you export proposals, share PDFs, or send generated messages, the destination and recipients are controlled by you through iOS sharing, messaging, email, or other apps you select.

Analytics

The app may calculate local sales analytics such as lead source performance, conversion rate, average quote value, follow-up effectiveness, and estimated pipeline value from information stored in the app. The current app structure does not require third-party analytics tracking for these calculations.

AI and Pricing Disclaimer

AI suggestions should be reviewed. Pricing estimates are not guaranteed. LeadPilot IQ does not provide legal, financial, or professional contracting advice. You remain responsible for final pricing, customer communications, contracts, and business decisions.

Data Security

Use your device security features, such as passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and regular software updates, to help protect local app data. Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for lead management or proposal creation.

Children's Privacy

LeadPilot IQ is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app to knowingly collect information from children.

Your Choices

• You can edit or delete lead and proposal information inside the app.
• You can manage camera, microphone, photo, and speech recognition permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as LeadPilot IQ evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
